Move to approve the attached outline of the Leadership
Development Program and budget allowing the County Manager to make changes to
the program and budget as development continues or as needed with Module 1
staring in January 2023.

Authorize the County Manager to transfer $15,000 from contingency
to EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION PGM 1154131 – 582002 line item to be used to
fund the Leadership Develop Program
