On March 9, 2022, Rowan County received bids for ambulances. Emergency Services wishes to move forward with purchasing three (3) Type III Ambulances from Southeastern Specialty Vehicles. This will also include alternate turn signal camera and wide fender flare. Total cost for all three (3) including taxes will be $908,267.93. FY22 budget includes $788,586 an additional $125,000 in the attached budget amendment.

The Emergency Services and Purchasing Director recommend that the Board of Commissioners authorize the purchase of three (3) Type III Ambulances from Southeastern Specialty Vehicles for a total cost of $908,267.93.

Approve the attached budget amendment.
