This is a continuation of Deborah Wright and is request for a Special Use Permit to accommodate both an Event Center and rental Cabins on her property located at 3425 Organ Church Rd further identified as Tax Parcel 378 043. Both of these uses require SUPs in the RA district and both have special requirements associated with them.
Since the last meeting the applicant has submitted a revised site plan that addressed the request for extra screening, removed the cabins, and proposed a new drive off of Organ Church Rd.
