On March 3, 2022, the County received bids for replacement of the courthouse roof. REI Engineering handled the bid process. Davco Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. was the low bidder at $451,000. This is over the budgeted amount. Facilities will work with finance to prepare a budget amendment, when the contract is brought to the BOC for approval. This project will take more than a year to complete.

The Facilities and Purchasing Directors recommend that the Board of Commissioners authorize the award of bid for the courthouse roof replacement with Davco Roofing and Sheet Metal, Inc. for $451,000.
