The annual review of the transit System Safety Plan (SSP) was completed and minor revisions were made to reflect the change in operational hours and to enter the dates of the holidays for 2022 when the system will be closed. Additionally, Section 4 was revised to reflect the Drug and Alcohol Policy adopted by the BOC on 11/4/2019. Changes to the SSP require BOC approval and signature of the Governing Body.
Recommendation: Approve the SSP updates.
