The Board received an offer in the amount of $90,000 from Bowtie Properties, LLC for the purchase of county-owned property located at 1235 Speedway Boulevard, further referenced as Tax Parcel 401A025, Deed Book 796 645.
During regular session on February 21, 2022 the Board voted to accept the offer for the purpose of starting the upset bid process, which ended at 5:00 pm on March 7, 2022. The notice was published in the Salisbury Post and also on the County's website. No other offers were received.
The Board is asked to accept the final offer of $90,000 and sell the property to Bowtie Properties, LLC.
