State Highway Patrol Lease Amendment
The current hangar lease for the State Highway Patrol is through April 30, 2022.  The State has requested a proposal to extend and/or renew the lease.  A first amendment has been drafted by the County Attorney and the Non-Advertised Lease proposal (PO-28 form) required by the State has been completed.  The same terms and increases within the previous lease were utilized.  Additionally, the amendment addresses early termination when the new hangar is ready for occupancy.   

Approve the the PO-28 Form and First Amendment to SHP Hangar lease.  These documents will be signed by the Chairman of the BOC prior to being sent to the state for approval/signature.
