| | | | | | | | Rowan County DSS and One Church One Child seeks permission to apply for the Robertson Foundation Grant. ROCOC provides beds, car seats, diapers, wipes,
underwear, and other life essentials for children receiving Child Protective Services. Families are never charged for these items which are provided to keep children safe and healthy in their birth homes or with relatives, preventing foster care placements. Strengthening families strengthens the community.
