NC Soil and Water Conservation Shared Personnel Mutual Aid Agreement
The attached Agreement was approved by the Rowan County Soil and Water Board of Supervisors at its October meeting.  The Agreement allows Soil and Water District personnel to cross county lines within the State in order to assist other Districts in disaster assistance and technical training.  We would be able to ask other district personnel from other counties to assist us in a similar manner if we needed help.

Approve the Agreement and authorize the County Manager to sign.
